Job Description



Title: Groundskeeper: $1,000 Sign-on bonus

Description: The Groundskeeper is responsible for the exterior curb appeal of the entire property. The Grounds Maintenance Technician also assists with make-readies and maintenance during times of inclement weather, and inspects the property on a daily basis for trip spots and any other liabilities.
Required Skills: Maintenance and cleanliness of apartment grounds, pools and creeks.
