Farewell John Edwards

As of today the Presidential hopeful we know as John Edwards is no longer in the presidential race. Meeting with some of his closest advisors former North Carolina Senator Edwards a two- time White House candidate will make the announcement at a 1 p.m. EST event in New Orleans. The decision came due to winning none of the important primaries that he needed win to solidify his campaign. Mr. Edwards said he’s in no rush to endorse either of the other candidates for the Democratic nomination. The Clinton camp said today that Edwards called her to inform her about his decision. Senator Obama told reporters Edwards made a “classy” exit saying “I think he’s run a great campaign”. According to the Associated Press- Yahoo poll conducted late this month four in 10 Edwards supporters said their second choice in the race is for Clinton, while a quarter preferred Obama. I guess we’ll have to wait a see. Ladies and Gentlemen it can only get more interesting from here so let's wait sit back and relax.
