September 27, 2007. Usher's got his wish. MediaTakeout.com has learned that Usher and his wife Tameka Foster will be having a boy.
The couple made their announcement on Tuesday night at Usher's. The pop singer was overheard saying, "I just want my son to fully be coherent and to be healthy, first and foremost ... You can wish for a million and one things, but I [just] hope that my son has the same energy I had as a child." But then Usher added, "Hopefully, he won't be as bad as me."
And Usher's mother Jonetta Patton seems just as excited. When asked what she thought about her son's new life, Usher's mom said, "I'm very excited about being a grandmother."
